4. 在读证明或毕业证明：需提供高中期间成绩单

5. 无犯罪记录证明

6. 3个月以内的健康证明

7. 摄于近3个月内的护照照片电子版及纸版3张

8. 护照首页及签证页扫描件

9. 汉语水平考试（HSK）四级证书复印件或英语相关等级证书

3. Recommendation Letter (use the university's designated form).

4. Certificate of Enrollment or Graduation: Must provide high school transcripts.

5. Non-criminal Record Certificate.

6. Health Certificate issued within the last 3 months.

7. Passport-size photo (taken within the last 3 months): Electronic version and 3 hard copies.

8. Scanned copy of the passport bio page (information page) and visa page (s) (if applicable).

9. Photocopy of HSK Level 4 certificate or relevant English proficiency certificate.
